About

Hi, my name is Matt Morgan and I like to consider myself a wood afficianado! We salvage local hardwood trees and turn them into beautiful lumber to support local woodworkers, crafters, and contactors!

Can't say enough good things! The staff are all super friendly, super helpful, and knowledgeable. I would have even paid for the advice I received about my project.

I'm an amateur (at best) woodworker and for my project M2 was a great way to source some great wood that wasn't 2x4's and also wasn't me trying to figure it out alone with no help at some industrial yard where they just point to stacks of wood.

    Things I didn't know included
: Need a particular cut or wood preparation that you don't own that specific tool for (i.e. long rip, planing), but can complete your project yourself if it gets done?... M2 can do it for you.

: They have sales and wood species not listed on their website. (Spalted Hickory was available on my trip)

: They make custom pieces on-site.

: They can flatten your slab on the CNC if you don't feel like making a router sled or spending the time to do it.

Definitely worth the time and I'll be back for all of my project needs in the future. Once I get my table finished I'll add some pictures to the review.
